The whole development is programmed to be completed within 15 years. Here are the key milestones regarding delivery of infrastructure and community facilities.
The Eastern Link Road and Stocklake Link Road to be completed five years after work commences on the first home.
At the occupation of 500 homes:
A financial contribution will have been transferred for local schools
The community centre will have opened in Oakfield Village
Land will have been transferred to Buckinghamshire County Council for the first primary school, together with the required financial contribution
Broughton Brook Park will have been completed
The temporary health facility will have been opened
At the occupation of 1,500 homes:
The first phase of Canal Park will have been completed
Land will have been transferred to Buckinghamshire County Council for the second primary school together with a serviced site for a secondary school together with the required financial contributions
The community centres in Orchard Green and Canal Park and the permanent health centre will have been opened
It will also see the completion of Railway Park and the second phase of sports facilities.
At the occupation of 2,000 homes:
The wetland visitor centre will be open and Canal Park phase 2 completed.
